Tangy Salad Dressing Recipe
This is one salad dressing that I know my family will eat. It's easy to make and better tasting than store-bought dressings.
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 3/4 cup.
2 tablespoons: 126 calories, 7g fat (1g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 99mg sodium, 17g carbohydrate (16g sugars, 0 fiber), 0 protein.
