- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 medium tart apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add apple slices; cook and stir for 5 minutes. Stir in sugar; cook and stir over low heat for 5 minutes.
1/4 cup: 120 calories, 5g fat (3g saturated fat), 12mg cholesterol, 52mg sodium, 21g carbohydrate (20g sugars, 1g fiber), 0 protein.
