Sweet & Sassy Sauce
- 1/3 cup honey barbecue sauce
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh gingerroot
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1. In a small saucepan, heat all ingredients to allow flavors to blend. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Jan 20, 2020We used this for our traditional hot oil fondue dinner this year. It was good and may use again. We used leftover sauce with ribs which turned out well.

This recipe was very simple. We liked the sweet and spicy flavor. I ended up using ground ginger instead of fresh. I will be making this sauce again.
