This sweet and tangy basting sauce came from my husband's family. With just four ingredients, it's simple to stir up. A speedy alternative to bottled sauce, it can be brushed on chicken, ribs, pork or even turkey. —Jenine Schmidt, Stoughton, Wisconsin

"The sauce really didn't have the bite that I expected so I added a dash of Worcestershire Sauce and balsamic vinegar to counterbalance the brown sugar. ZING. I'm using it for grilled pork tenderloin tonight."

"I made this recipe to go with some leftover chicken for sandwiches. I didn' t have any nutmeg so I substituted a little balsamic vinegar (I know, lol, not even close) but I have to say - - - - it is YUMMY! Definitely a keeper."
