Sugarless Banana Walnut Cake Recipe

I enjoy this delicious cake with ice cream or whipped cream, but it's great all by itself. It's moist and has a refreshing banana flavor!

"I was hoping so badly that this was good. Even with very overripe bananas and all of the cinnamon, it was like cardboard. I ended up adding applesauce, more spices and sweetnlow to give it some flavor without tasting terrible."

"I make this for my dad who has diabetes. He always wants more."
