After trying a similar dish at a local restaurant, I came up with my own version of pizza bites. This delicious recipe is easy and fun for potlucks or parties. —Sarah Gilbert, Beaverton, Oregon

I didn't have the pizza dough so I used flaky biscuit dough and it works just great! I love that you can make these with whatever pizza ingredients each person in the family wants. I make them with my kids, they stuff theirs with what they want then I make another batch for my husband and I. I love recipes like this that you can involve kids and make cooking fun!
