We dreamed up this drink one afternoon when we were hungry and wanted something sweet. It's thick, creamy and absolutely heavenly.—Rachel Brown, Jonesboro, Arkansas

Ingredients

  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • 1 cup refrigerated nondairy creamer
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 16 small strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

Place half of each ingredient in a blender; cover and process on high until smooth. Pour into a pitcher. Repeat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Stir before serving. Yield: 5 servings

"I have used this recipe at home and school. It's a big hit. The whipping cream makes it really rich and thick. However, I substitute milk for all of the whipping cream though, to cut down on calories and fat. Plus, I don't have it on hand and I do always have the rest of the ingredients. This is a great, simple recipe!"
