Total TimePrep: 5 min. + chilling
- 3 cups crushed ice
- 1 cup refrigerated nondairy creamer
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 16 small strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- Place half of each ingredient in a blender; cover and process on high until smooth. Pour into a pitcher. Repeat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Stir before serving.

I have used this recipe at home and school. It's a big hit. The whipping cream makes it really rich and thick. However, I substitute milk for all of the whipping cream though, to cut down on calories and fat. Plus, I don't have it on hand and I do always have the rest of the ingredients. This is a great, simple recipe!
