- 1 carton (8 ounces) whipped strawberry cream cheese
- 1-1/2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- Assorted fresh fruit
- In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, honey, milk and lemon peel. Serve with fruit. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 3/4 cup.
