Strawberry-Flavored Fruit Dip Recipe
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup (6 ounces) strawberry yogurt
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
- Assorted fresh fruit
- 1. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and yogurt until blended. Add the strawberries. Serve with fresh fruit. Cover and refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 2-1/2 cups.
2 tablespoons: 65 calories, 4g fat (3g saturated fat), 14mg cholesterol, 41mg sodium, 6g carbohydrate (5g sugars, 0 fiber), 1g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 fat, 1/2 starch.
