- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
- 2 cups cranberry juice, chilled
- 1 bottle (750 milliliters) champagne, chilled
- Place strawberries in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Press through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher; discard seeds. Pour into a 2-qt. pitcher. Stir in cranberry juice and champagne. Serve immediately. Yield: 8 servings (3/4 cup each).
