- 1/2 cup kosher salt
- 5 teaspoons Sriracha chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- Combine salt, chili sauce and lime juice; spread into a parchment-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Let stand at least 8 hours or overnight. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
