Subbed cucumber for green pepper (family preference). The dressing is the best I've ever had for pasta salad. This will be my go-to pasta salad recipe from now on.

This is by far, the best pasta salad recipe I've ever had. 86 the carrots, add cubed sharp cheddar cheese and make the dressing exactly as is. This is wonderful!!!! Everyone loves it! I strongly recommend this recipe.
