Spicy Pork Rub
To give pork a little zip, try this delicious rub. It is great grilled, baked or broiled.—Taste of Home Test Kitchen, Greendale, Wisconsin

- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in a covered container. Rub over pork before grilling, baking or broiling.
