Spicy Cinnamon Chocolate Cane Sugar Ribs
From the kitchen of field editor, Shawn Barto of Winter Garden, Florida: These spicy and sweet ribs are made in the air-fryer and cooked to perfection with the spicy chocolate cinnamon cane sugar as part of the sauce.
Total TimePrep: 10 min. + marinating Cook: 40 min.
- 1-2 lbs bone-in pork ribs
- 1/2 c bbq sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2T Brown Sugar
- 2T Gustus Vitae spicy chocolate cinnamon cane sugar
- 1 t soy sauce
- 1t liquid smoke
- Wash and cut ribs into 1 to 2 rib sections. Combine all remaining ingredients in a gallon size zip top bag. Add ribs, make sure all ribs are coated with sauce. Refrigerate for at least 4 hrs, or overnight. Pour ribs and marinade into a baking dish, bake at 350 for 30 minutes. After baking, place ribs in air fryer at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, or until caramelized, turning halfway through.
