Speedy Blueberry Refrigerator Jam
Total TimePrep/Total Time: 10 min.
- 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
- In a large saucepan, combine all three ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Pour into jars; refrigerate.

Wow! It's so easy and delicious. I am not an experienced canner so this was a grat way to make something special. I would highly recommend this recipe.

I just have a question once the jam is cooled can it be removed from the fridge? The jam is wonderful, and so easy.

This recipe is too good to be true. It was so quick & easy to make & the jam is terrific. The only change I made was to use sugar free lemon jello. Next time I think I'll add a little cinnamon & decrease the sugar a bit. So much better than having to process.
