Southwestern Orange Dip
I let this dip chill for 2 hours to let the flavors meld. It’s perfect with chips, but I think fruit slices also go well with its smoky kick.
Total TimePrep: 10 min. + chilling
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Tortilla chips
- In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with chips.
