I let this dip chill for 2 hours to let the flavors meld. It’s perfect with chips, but I think fruit slices also go well with its smoky kick.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Tortilla chips

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with chips. Yield: 1-1/4 cups.
