"Excellent soft cookie. My FIL has difficulty eating hard or crunchy cookies, so these are perfect for him! Since I don't like nuts in cookies, I added oats and triple chocolate chips (milk, white and dark). Delicious! I will definitely make these again."

"This is exactly the type of chocolate cookie I was looking for. It's a good cross between a brownie and a cookie....Too chewy to be considered cake like, but not chewy enough to be a traditional chocolate chip cookie to me. I'll definitely make again when I'm looking for a triple hit of chocolate!"

"I'm not a sweet eater, but I have a family all of whom have an extra long sweet tooth. These were easy to make, had a good soft texture, and although very very chocolate tasting, the first three dozen disappeared among a group of ages of 13 through 76 as they were being baked - the cookies, not the people."

"My cookies turned out more the thickness and texture of a regular chocolate chip cookie - not thick and cake-like. Not sure why. I was hoping for cake-like. That said, the cookies are delicious! I baked them for 12 min, let them cool on the cookie sheet a few minutes then moved them to a rack. I also used 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips and 2/3 cup milk chocolate and 1/3 cup chopped walnuts. Why 1/3 cup? Because my 1/2 cup was dirty. There's no science here. I definitely recommend these cookies."

"These cookies were okay, but nothing special. Only the batch that I removed from the oven after 12 or 13 min. came out moist. The ones I cooked for the full/close to full time were too dry for me. Also, this cookie has more of a cake consistency than a cookie and I don't care for that. With so many really great classics, and other new recipes out there to try, I doubt I will make these cookies again."

I had a hard time telling when they were done ("set" wasn't that obvious) so I just took them out after 14 minutes and the texture turned out great. They were fast and easy to make and used ingredients that I always have on hand. I love cookie recipes that don't call for long periods of refrigeration!"

"This is a good recipe! I have succesfully tried many variations to this recipe inculding:

Substituting plain yogurt for sour cream (Yum!)
Substituting vanilla yogurt for sour cream -do not add vanilla extract to cookie dough (Delicious!)
Using 3/4 wheat flour/about 1 1/4 cup white flour (Scrumptious!)
Substituting margarine for butter (Marvelous!)
They are also good with flaked coconut, peanut butter, or marshmellows mixed into the dough.
It is one of my familys' favorite recipes! Thank you!"
