Sorbet Cream Puffs

Simple, super-quick and pretty as a picture, this dainty, refreshing treat from our Test Kitchen will melt any resistance to dessert! Best of all, it couldn’t be easier to make. Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups peach sorbet
  • 4 cream puff shells
  • Whipped cream

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine berries and sugar. Place a scoop of sorbet in each cream puff shell; dollop with whipped cream. Replace tops. Serve immediately with berry mixture.

    OMG this couldn't be easier with pre baked shells and your choice of sorbet and fresh fruit and it looks like it took forever to make and just so refreshing.
