Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups peach sorbet
  • 4 cream puff shells
  • Whipped cream

Directions

In a small bowl, combine berries and sugar. Place a scoop of sorbet in each cream puff shell; dollop with whipped cream. Replace tops. Serve immediately with berry mixture. Yield: 4 servings.
