Snowball Eggnog Punch Recipe

Our grandchildren are thrilled when this ice cream punch appears of my brunch menu. The tang from orange juice blends beautifully with the rich eggnog.
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 10 min. YIELD:12 servings


  • 2 quarts eggnog, chilled
  • 1 quart orange juice
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream


  • 1. Just before serving, combine the eggnog and orange juice in a punch bowl. Add scoops of ice cream. Yield: 3 quarts.
Editor's Note: This recipe was tested with commercially prepared eggnog.
