Our grandchildren are thrilled when this ice cream punch appears of my brunch menu. The tang from orange juice blends beautifully with the rich eggnog.

- 2 quarts eggnog, chilled
- 1 quart orange juice
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- Just before serving, combine the eggnog and orange juice in a punch bowl. Add scoops of ice cream. Yield: 3 quarts.
