Slow-Cooker Sausage and Apples

2 pounds smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, sliced

1 jar (24 ounces) chunky applesauce

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup chopped onion

Combine all ingredients in a 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker. Cook, covered on low, until heated through, 3-4 hours.
