Skillet Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium red potatoes, cooked and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  • 1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add potatoes; cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook and stir until potatoes are browned and tender, about 5 minutes longer.

    I had two red potatoes I needed to use and I found this recipe while looking for another one. They were very tasty , the spice mixture was very tasty and they crisp up really good. Very easy cheap delicious side dish!

    I do not really like potatoes but cooked this as we had the vegetable in the refrigerator. Delicious! My husband, son and I loved it. I served it with baked chicken.

    I love these skillet potatoes. I also like to add Season Salt to it!

    We liked these potatoes. Since I needed to make enough for six, I had to substitute a few russets and peeled all of the potatoes since my husband doesn't like potato peelings. I also added some salt and pepper to the spice mix.
