Toss together the remaining lettuce and celery from yesterday’s croissants for this speedy salad. For a fast finishing touch, top with chopped tomato and your favorite salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups torn leaf lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • Salad dressing of your choice

Directions

  1. Divide the lettuce, tomato and celery among four salad plates. Drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately.
