- 2 cups torn leaf lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- Salad dressing of your choice
- Divide the lettuce, tomato and celery among four salad plates. Drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
