"I made this into a meal and also put scalloped potatoes and vegetables in other crockpots I had. It was nice to let dinner simmer all day."

"This recipe has been a party dish "go to" for many years now. Always a hit! I don't like horseradish by itself, but I don't taste it in this recipe. And it could not be any easier to throw together. Last weekend I doubled the recipe for a potluck of about 40 people. I took home zero leftovers. YUM!"

"I was a little worried that the sauce would be overpowered by the horseradish, but other than the smell of horseradish when you open the crockpot lid you really don't taste much horseradish in this."

"I love this recipe I fix it for large get togethers and everyone loves them, usually double the recipe so no one is left out."
