This is a quick and easy recipe that is truly delicious. The melt in your mouth flavors and different textures are comforting yet elegant. This is a great make-ahead dish, too. Just assemble, cover and refrigerate, than bake when ready. —Jan Bartley, Evergreen, North Carolina

  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 2 celery ribs, chopped

  • 1-1/2 cups half-and-half cream
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
