Place the broccoli and 1 in. of water in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, salt and thyme. Drain broccoli; toss with oil mixture.

I did not care for this much at all; I found the flavors much too strong, almost bitter with the broccoli.

This was good but the lemon and thyme flavors were very subtle - I might try it again sometime and double those ingredients. I used margarine rather than olive oil so that may have made a difference taste wise.
