Sesame Salad Dressing
- 6 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1. In a small bowl, whisk all of the ingredients. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
2 tablespoons: 156 calories, 14g fat (2g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 614mg sodium, 7g carbohydrate (6g sugars, 0 fiber), 1g protein.

Oh YUMMY! This hit the spot. I used honey instead of sugar, just because I felt like it, but wow...it's the perfect combo. I squeezed the water out of some firm tofu (I was trying a technique that I learned on the TOH website), and it soaked up this yummy dressing like a sponge. Will make it again!

I loved this dressing and served it over a salad of mixed greens, mandarin oranges, green onions and chow neon noodles.

I don't know why the other reviewer gave this one star, maybe she used too much dressing? This was quick and tasty, I made it to toss over tender-crisp steamed broccoli, and it was ideal I thought...

The soy sauce & sesame oil are way way too much. Instead use 1/4 C of canola oil, 1 Tablespoon EACH of soy sauce & sesame oil
