Very easy and delicious! I used a small red and Yukon potatoes and either halved or quartered them to make it faster. Highly recommend.
Delicious! I've even cut large red potatoes to smaller pieces and microwaved it 5-7 minutes in a glass pan for just two of us.

Made these as a side dish for baked chicken and they were so easy and delicious! My potatoes were regular size so I just quartered them and they worked just fine.
Wow! These were so good and so simple! I did as another suggested and quartered the potatoes - tender and crispy and seasoned perfectly! There was some of the seasoned butter left in the dish and my husband soaked it up with some rolls for an instant seasoned bread. We will make these often.

These were delicious! I thought they might have been just a tad too salty for my taste but my husband loved them. Next time I was cut back the salt just a smidge and my husband can add salt afterwards.
These are one of our favorites, I like to make it for company, easy, feeds alot, and always a big hit, I usually make 5 lbs reds chunked, and triple the sauce
