Seasoned Broccoli Spears for Two

- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 teaspoon butter, melted
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- Dash pepper
- Place broccoli in a small microwave-safe bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over broccoli; toss to coat. Cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until tender.

This was decent for a way to quickly spice up some plain broccoli. It wasn't my favorite and I doubt we'd make this again, but it was still tasty. I did steam fresh broccoli instead of using frozen and the microwave. I also used olive oil instead of butter.

Easy to make and tastes very good but as much as I like garlic, I will use less next time.

Simple and tasty. I paired this with mac n cheese and dijon crumb chicken.
