Scalloped Mocha Cookies Recipe

Scalloped Mocha Cookies Recipe

I tore this recipe out of a magazine many years ago, and they are one of my most requested cookie. They contain the four Cs, coffee, chocolate, cinnamon and crunch. Since they are sprinkled with coarse sugar, they add a little glitz to a cookie tray.—Loraine Meyer, Bend, Oregon

"What a good mocha flavour these cookies have... and slightly crispy but not crunchy! I usually stick to drop cookies and am not too brave trying different flavours but these were so good I've changed my mind :) The dough was easy to roll out too, after chilling."
