Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients; add the steak. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

"There are so many great recipes out there that I find I have to be picky in choosing which ones I deem "keepers" or I will be overrun with them. But this one is outstanding and it's a keeper."
