I just wanted a simple, no-fuss devilled eggs recipe, and this fit the bill! I used yellow mustard instead of Dijon, but otherwise made the recipe as written. I thought the garlic might be overwhelming, but it mellowed while the flavors mingled in the refrigerator a couple hours. I might cut it to ? tsp. in the future, but I didn't hear any complaints, so I'd say it's just fine!

Excellent! I love this Deviled egg recipe. I left out the garlic powder and sprinkled paprika on them.

I took Kris's advice and left out the garlic.

Taste was very nice. Basically an old fashioned Deviled Egg Recipe.

Next time I will skip the garlic and add a little onion. Easy to make.
