I know this may seem silly to call this a recipe, but this corn is soooooo good! I make this at least once a week with a meal and my hubby only likes this kind of corn. Plain corn has gone out the window. This is so easy and yummy. Anyone could make it in a jiffy! It's soooo easy and yummy!

- 1-1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- In a small skillet, saute the corn, salt and pepper in butter until tender. Stir in cheese. Yield: 2 servings.
