Saucy Maple Brussels Sprouts

1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon sea salt, divided

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons maple syrup
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°. Place Brussels sprouts on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt. Toss to coat. Roast until crispy, 20-25 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise and syrup until combined. Add Brussels spouts; toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt.
