Sammie’s Breakfast Burritos

“We're trying to eat healthier, so this recipe is the result of lightening up fast-food burritos. You can replace the sausage with ham or bacon.”—Sandra Ward, Tulsa, Oklahoma

    Prep/Total Time: 20 min.
  • Makes
    4 servings

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup salsa

What a tasty and versatile recipe. I sometimes make a "grab and go" breakfast that we can take on the road with us. This one will be in the rotation!

My husband and I really enjoyed these! I am a vegetarian so I made them with a sausage-style meat substitute.
