Salsa Shakshuka with Avocados
TOTAL TIME: Prep: 10 min. Grill: 20 min.
YIELD: 6 servings.
I was watching a cooking show and the host put several ingredients into a pan for her shakshuka. I realized those ingredients were essentially the makings for salsa, so that's how I ended up with this fresh morning meal. —Patty Crouse, Warren, Pennsylvania

1 jar (24 ounces) salsa

6 large eggs

1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
-
