Salmon with Honey Pecan Sauce

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (4 ounces each)

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons butter
Directions

Sprinkle salmon with seasoned salt and pepper. Place fish skin side down on oiled grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium-high heat or broil 4 in. from heat until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 6-8 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, cook the pecans, honey and butter over medium heat until bubbly, 5-7 minutes. Serve with salmon.
