- Pastry for a single-crust pie
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 cup salted peanuts
- Roll pastry into a 9-in. circle; place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Prick with a fork. Bake at 450° for 8-10 minutes or until light brown. Sprinkle with chocolate chips; return to the oven for 1-2 minutes or until chocolate is softened. Spread chocolate out to within 1/2-in. of edges. Sprinkle with marshmallows; return to the oven for 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows puff slightly and are golden brown. Sprinkle with peanuts. Cool. Yield: 6-8 servings.
