Roasted Carrot Fries Recipe
- 1 pound fresh carrots, cut into 1/2-inch sticks
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1. Place carrots in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt; toss to coat. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 10-12 minutes or until crisp-tender. Yield: 5 servings.
