Ravioli with Apple Chicken Sausage

I wanted the perfect sauce for squash ravioli. The wait is over. Here’s what works: spinach, sausage, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice in one happy saucepan. —Mary Brodeur, Millbury, Massachusetts

Excellent recipe and will definitely make again. My husband was still talking about it the next day. I did make couple changes, something I dislike when people do, just because I wanted to use what I had in house. I used spicy chicken sausage and had to make my own creamed spinach that I added onions and shallots, which I believe homemade creamed spinach made it better. The spicy hot sausage along with sweet of syrup, warmth of spice and creaminess of spinach....it was like eating Fall on a plate

My boyfriend and I love this recipe! We have to make homemade creamed spinach because our grocery store does not carry it in the frozen food section, but it is incredibly easy to make. We've made it for my parents and now it is a family favorite.
