- 1 package (6 ounces) raspberry gelatin
- 1-1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 package (12 ounces) frozen unsweetened raspberries
- In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in fruit. Pour into a greased 11x7-in. dish. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Cut into squares. Yield: 8 servings.
