  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato salad dressing


  1. Place spinach on a salad plate; top with the raisins, walnuts and cheese. Drizzle with dressing.
