- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) chocolate cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise*
- 1 cup water
- In a bowl, combine the walnuts, raisins and marshmallows; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, mayonnaise and water. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Stir in nut mixture.
- Pour into a greased and floured 10-in. fluted tube pan. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Yield: 12-16 servings.
