Quick Peanut Butter Cookies

Makesabout 2-1/2 dozen
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups Master Cookie Mix
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly with a glass dipped in sugar if desired. Bake at 350° until set and edges are lightly browned, 10-12 minutes. Cool for 1-2 minutes before removing to wire racks.

really liked this cookie anI amniot a fan of peanut btter cookies.. but hubby is...so they don't sit here very long..

Instead listing one of these as Master Cookie Mix, why not just include the recipe for it. Which is hard to search for, a ridiculous number of ingredients, and I would not even try this, since the extra recipe is not included in with this. Very disappointed, and I haven't even tried making these due to the massive number of ingredients Ridiculous if you ask me. Not to mention having to search for the Master Cookie mix which should have been included in with this recipe. Too many easier recipes out there than to try an attempt at this one.

Please, please, please don't give a star rating, most especially a low one, when you have a question about a recipe. When enough people do this, it could change a 5 star recipe to a 3 star recipe.

just do a recipe search for master cookie mix. you will be able to make all the cookies on that page with that one recipe. good luck!
