- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
- Vanilla ice cream
- Jimmies, optional
- In a small saucepan, combine marshmallows, chocolate chips and milk. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth. Serve over ice cream. Sprinkle with jimmies if desired. Yield: about 1 cup.
