Quick Broccoli with Orange Sauce

- 2 packages (10 ounce each) frozen broccoli spears
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- Cook broccoli according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in cornstarch until smooth. Gradually stir in orange juice; add orange zest. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Drain broccoli; drizzle with sauce.

I used on frozen green beans instead of Broccoli because I didn't have broccoli. Very good; paired well with my Mongolian Beef over rice dinner. Just have to get past the calorie count:)

This was a nice way to make broccoli. I think it is hard to find something to pair this with as the orange flavor is very strong. It was easy and inexpensive.

Great taste, easy to prepare, adds a nice added flavor to regularly prepared broccoli.
